A play stool, designed with rounded cutouts that resemble two different faces - an interactive element of the design, potentially stimulating imaginative play.
The stool can also be used as a shelf or to keep blankets inside (careful, they might becomea monster's tongue!). Given the height and sturdy build children can sit on it, making it a versatile piece that doubles as a seat. It can be placed as a bedside table in the bedroom or a coffe table in the living room that adds playfulness to the space. Made completely out of plywood - could become a flatpack and is alligned with today's need for sustainable design.
The project could be seen at the Stockholm Furniture Fair 2025 and Design Dagen by E-interior in Gothenburg.
